Never fear! (Chow Hall Slop)

I am still rolling along all compliant-like! This week has been back to back busy, so my postings have slowed down. I have to hit the sack, but I will be back to update you with the recipe for my Yummy chowhall slop shown above! Until then....

Here it is, easy-peasy:
1.5 lb ground grassfed beef
a few zuchinni, sliced
1 big sweet onion, diced
2 cans (check the ingredients!) diced tomatoes
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 big yellow bell pepper, diced
about 2 cups or one sm can of beef stock/broth
season with oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika - whatever you fancy

-brown off 1.5 lb grassfed beef
-once cooked, remove from pan with slotted spoon, set aside
-sweat out garlic, onion and pepper
-add broth and can of tomatoes, undrained
-add in sliced zuchinni and meat
