WHAT?!
That's right. Day 1.
I am following the program and part of the rules is starting over if you default. I definitely had a pastrami sandwich at Corky & Lenny's that was the size of my face and then proceeded to have a few adult beverages.
Otherwise, I wasn't so bad this weekend. Before, if I "cheated" on something (like WeightWatchers or whatever other stuff I did) I would just ride the wave and go on a weekend-long food bender. Now, oh well - a bad meal and some drinks are behind me. Pick up where you left off and start with the very next meal. I just want day 1 to be totally compliant and today, I barely ate because the crap I introduced to my body made me so sick... plus, I watched Hoarders today - gross, gross, gross!!! I can't eat anything for at least 12 hours. :0)
My game plan this week is a strong start to the day: fast, grab & go breakfasts, at least 3 green "smoothies" (for the week) and getting to all 3 workouts.
Wish me luck! I've got 20 pounds left to lose!
